As NASA sets its sights on missions to the Moon and Mars, food scientists are faced with the difficulty of figuring out how to feed astronauts on long-term trips.
The end of the shuttle program allowed food scientist to start thinking of new ways to create food for astronauts on long trips.
One option being considered for missions to the Moon, Perchonok said, is growing fruits and vegetables on the moon in hydroponic gardens.
The moon and mars trips aren't planned until 2030 so we got lots of time to wait for a solution.

Sao Paolo UFO: Brazil sighting
Eyewitnesses state that the object had a static position in the sky. It rotated with small lights flashing and revolving around another larger blue light in the center. The Air Force press offices and the police deny receiving any reports from the area.
Coincidentally, this sighting comes almost 64 years to the day of anothermass documented UFO sighting in 1947.
What do you guys think it is?

Final Shuttle Landing
Many space program fans, such as me, are sad to see that the final shuttle has landed. Marking an end to an incredible 30 year space program. This program has taught humans so much about our existance and the cosmos that surround us. Many people are dissapointed with the retirement, "saying it is a sad day for american history." Nasa's long-term goal would be to send people to asteroids and Mars. And private companies would take over sending people to orbit. We know that when humans go to mars it will be a major milestone, but whether we are alive to see that is another story!

Welcome To My Blog
I hope this blog will help me express my love for any flying machine. I always loved airplanes as a kid, wishing i would be able to pilot one myself. Hopefully you all had that same dream too. Airplanes show the technological advancement of the human race. How far we came from that first days when humans saw birds and wished that we could fly, to now when we have spacecraft orbiting our planet and planes travelling faster than sound. I hope when you read my blog, you will enjoy it as much as I enjoy writing it!
